PROJECT SUMMARY

In 2021, the world had transitioned to working and meeting entirely online. To ensure that we continued to improve the global supply chain, we knew we had to do the same with Navis World, our bi-annual customer conference. 
We looked at this global shift as an opportunity to rethink change—to reimagine Navis World and to make it bigger and better than ever. 
To get prospects and customers to see that Navis was the impact-driving, can’t-miss, do-more conference of the year and to get them to participate in the event and share their learnings post-conference, we had to drive home the fact that connections could still happen, stories could still be shared, skills could still be learned, and impact could still be made. 
They would all just have to happen differently. So, Navis World 2021 became Navis Connect, a virtual event of thought-provoking keynotes and panel discussions on improving supply chain efficiency and Navis solutions.

The results? Navis Connect had a world-wide registration of over 900+ and 750+ attendees.

BRAND VOICE
To keep the event fresh and exciting, we changed more than just the way people accessed it. We updated the conference’s tagline "Navis Connect: Connect to the Future."

The updated conference descriptor better reflects what participants could expect, Navis Connect is the ultimate conference experience for every person and organization in the supply chain to build a better world. It’s where you go to connect with the community—to be inspired, energized, equipped, and empowered to do what you do BETTER and BIGGER than ever could before.

VISUAL IDENTITY
The visual identity that we developed for Navis Connect focused on specific connecting graphics.

The growing line with the dot shapes represents the idea of connecting every attendee around the world and expanding impact.

SOCIAL MEDIA PROMO
Attendees are able to share their new insights and learnings with their organizations, which in turn, creates a positive impact on the world.

The new tagline, descriptor, and visuals focused on the unique conference differentiators: that this was the first-ever live global audience with unique networking opportunities, less budgetary limitations, and more opportunities for professional development. In short, it was a global event that the whole world could participate in and walk away feeling inspired and ready to take on whatever's next.

NEW PLATFORM
After months of research, our team decided to collaborate with Hubilo for Navis Connect, and it provided enough customizability that suits our brand needs and guidelines, as well as the implementation of other interactive features such as virtual booths, breakout rooms, lounges that are staples of physical events.



Live Sessions
Attendees have multiple options to connect with each other including 1-1 chats, event feed, polls, Q&A, and more!



Breakout Rooms/Lounges
Create two-way communication and enhance audience engagement.


Virtual Booth
Virtual event booths are analogous to the stands you see at in-person events like trade shows and festivals, and they make it easier for sponsors, organizers, and attendees to connect.


Contest/Leaderboard
Leverage the contest and leaderboard to drive attendees to purposefully engage in different ways, and bring spontaneous fun to the event.
